Team India are all set to start their first international assignment after the seven weeks of fireworks in IPL 2018. The Men in Blue will play a two-match Twenty20 international series against Ireland in Dublin on June 27 and 29.
While Virat Kohli and company have already embarked on their UK tour on Saturday (June 23), they flew for Ireland from London on Tuesday (June 26). Before boarding the flight, Indian players looked excited and in a cheerful mood.
Taking to Twitter, skipper Virat Kohli posted a selfie with the pace trio of Umesh Yadav, Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Siddarth Kaul. Team India’s physiotherapist Patrick Farhat can also be spotted in the picture.

Kohli’s deputy Rohit Sharma also shared a photograph with his teammates including Suresh Raina, Manish Pandey, Kuldeep Yadav and Yuzvendra Chahal.

India opener Shikhar Dhawan looked pretty excited for the tour as he posted a picture on Instagram with a caption reading: “Here we come Ireland @rahulkl @rohitsharma45 ✈️????????????”.
Following the Ireland T20Is, India will play a couple of limited-overs series (3 T20Is and 3 ODIs) against England from July 3 before featuring in a five-match Test series from August 1.
