IPL 2018: Watch –When Lord’s Cricket Ground turned into 'IPL Fan Park'

The IPL 2018 final between CSK and SRH also broadcasted at the Lords.

The Indian Premier League (IPL) is undoubtedly the greatest T20 event across the globe and the latest episode has proved it, as the Lord's Cricket Ground turned into an 'IPL Fan Park' witnessed the grand finale of the IPL 2018 between Chennai Super Kings and Sunrisers Hyderabad on Sunday (27 May).

The IPL 2018 final broadcasted at Lord's Cricket Ground on the giant screen, as the fans wanted to watch the final of the mega T20 event here after the end of the first Test of the two-match series between England and Pakistan on Sunday.

The organizers also did not disappoint their fans arranged the giant screen for the spectators at the Lord’s, and it’s certainly a pride moment for the Board of Control for Cricket in Indian (BCCI) and India that their T20 event has achieved a lot of fame even in the UK, as a large number of people had gathered here to enjoy the final of the IPL 2018.

Elizabeth Ammon, Times Journalist, has shared a video on her official social media handle on Sunday, in which the fans were seen enjoying the IPL 2018 final on the giant screen inside the Lord’s ground. Her post reads, “Lord’s are letting everyone stay to watch the IPL final”.

Meanwhile, MS Dhoni-led CSK won the coveted IPL title for the third time when they chased down the target 178 inside 18.4 overs against the SRH at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai on 27 May.

On the other hand, Pakistan won a historic Test, thrashing the hosts England by 9 wickets in first Test match of the series at Lord’s. The final Test will be played at Headingley Cricket Ground on 1 June 2018.
