The final of Indian Premier League (IPL) 2018 began on a confusing note when commentator Sanjay Manjrekar was unable to make out who called what and who had won the toss. What didn't help him was that MS Dhoni also saw it as an opportunity to fool around, and kept piling on the confusion.

Chennai Super Kings' captain Dhoni had tossed the coin, and Sunrisers Hyderabad’s captain Kane Williamson called tails.

“You called heads?” Manjrekar asked Dhoni.

“No, he called tails,” replied the Dhoni.

Manjrekar again asked: “Yes, you called heads.”

Dhoni replied with the same answer: “No, he called tails!”

Eventually both the captains burst into laughter and Manjrekar finally realised that it was Dhoni who had flipped the coin and had won the toss.
