With just a few more hours to go before the start of the IPL 2018 final, which will see two-time champions Chennai Super Kings taking on 2016 IPL winners Sunrisers Hyderabad, the CSK captain MS Dhoni had his way with words during a pre-final press conference.

With CSK returning to the IPL fold after a gap of two years and reaching the finals, MS Dhoni was once again credited for being the true leader that inspired a team that was branded a team of oldies, for the age of players that they had bought in the auction.

One of those players was Harbhajan Singh, who had previously represented MI for 10 years and now was part of the yellow brigade. MS Dhoni had a smile on his face and started his answer with an analogy about his numerous bikes and cars, saying he doesn’t ride everyone every time, instead chooses one based on conditions and usage. He went on to give examples of Jadeja and Negi, two left-arm spinners, who played together for CSK at one time and Dhoni using them according to need and conditions.

His answer was enough to give a healthy dose of laughter to the reporters present in the room.
