Sachin Tendulkar, the former Indian Cricketer and the game's greatest ever batsman, has come out and stated that last night's Indian Premier League first qualifier between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Chennai Super Kings was an absolute cliffhanger and a roller-coaster of a ride.

The match went to the last over of the second innings, Chennai Super Kings made a stellar effort bowling effort on the big day to restrict Sunrisers Hyderabad to only 140. They then stumbled in front of Kane Williamson led side's bowling might of Siddharth Kaul, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, and Rashid Khan before finding a resurrecting act in the form of Faf du Plessis's 67 and eventually won the game by just 2 wickets.

The Mahendra Singh Dhoni-led side has now reached the final for the seventh time in the Indian Premier League history, leaving Sunrisers Hyderabad having to go through the pressure of playing in the second qualifier for which their opponent will be decided by tonight's Eliminator between Kolkata Knight Riders and Rajasthan Royals.

Sachin Tendulkar took to social media network Twitter to express his feeling on the game and congratulate CSK on their magnificent win.

He tweeted ...

Kolkata Knight Riders plays Rajasthan Royals in the Eliminator tonight, and the winner will play Sunrisers Hyderabad in the second qualifier on 25th May for the final against Chennai Super Kings on the 27th.
