Delhi Daredevils are already out of the contest and today they host Mumbai Indians who are looking to make the fourth spot for the playoffs. SRH, CSK and KKR have already qualified for the playoffs and Mumbai is one of the contenders for that vacant spot.

Mumbai have everything to play for especially having faced a defeat against Delhi in their previous encounter. Delhi shocked CSK the other day hrn they went past the yellow army in their own backyard. Today too they will be looking to do the same and end their campaign on a high.

Nothing has gone right for Delhi this season but they have won some crucial games which have been season turning ones. So far they have won against Mumbai, KKR, CSK and Rajasthan and each of their wins have hurt the opposition badly.

Mumbai thus needs to be wary of the threat which Delhi posses. As far as the teams for today's game is concerned, Mumbai might look to bring in Akila Dananjaya as per reports with the pitch expected to turn and bounce especially the game being a 4 pm start. In this case, Ben Cutting might be left out. The rest of the side is expected to the same.

Delhi going into this last match will expectedly keep the same XI. However, if a case of giving a farewell game to Gautam Gambhir pops up, Prithvi Shaw might just make the way for him.

The playing conditions are expected to be hot and humid with temperatures rising upto 42 degrees max. Also, Delhi's recent record against Mumbai at the Kotla might just add to that heat as they enjoy a 5-0 scoreline against them in as many last games. Mumbai to have any hopes of making the playoffs will need to win this game.
