Kuldeep Yadav starred with the ball in the Kolkata Knight Riders-Rajasthan Royals match, as his four wickets haul helped KKR win the match against Royals and moved a step closer to the playoffs qualification.

Kuldeep Yadav picked 4/20 including the big wickets of Jos Buttler, Ajinkya Rahane and Ben Stokes to ensure that KKR folded up for 142 runs, batting first at the Eden Gardens. Buoyed by some good fielding and inspiring captaincy by Dinesh Karthik, KKR defeated RR by 6 wickets.

After the match ended and Kuldeep won the Man of the match award for his superlative performance, he caught up with his and Royal’s mentor, spin legend Shane Warne. Warne was present for the match before flying back to Australia, as his commitment to the Royals team ended.
