Royals Challengers Bangalore are all set to take on the Delhi Daredevils in the 45th match of IPL 2018 at the Feroz Shah Kotla on Saturday (May 12).
Having lost seven of their 10 matches this season, RCB are more or less out of contention for the playoffs berth. Nonetheless, they still have a mathematical chance if manage to turn things around in the remaining four games.
Ahead of the clash against Delhi, RCB’s ace batsman AB de Villiers has said that they will look to make a comeback in the last 4 matches to make their supports proud. De Villiers further went on to say that he will do his every bit to turn things around for RCB.
In a video posted by Royals Challengers Bangalore’s official site Twitter on Friday (May 11), AB said: “I have arrived to play in Delhi this morning and now it’s all cricket time again. We are playing Delhi on 12th and it’s a must win game for us obviously. We have got 4 games to go and we really need to do something special to make it to the knockout stages.”
“I really believe we owe to our franchise, our supporters, our fans who have supported us through thick and thin. To really play well this last 4 games, I am really motivated to do so and I know the rest of the guys will also be,” he added.
