Two-time world cup winning captain MS Dhoni has been phenomenal as both Chennai Super Kings (CSK) skipper and batter so far in the ongoing 11th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2018.

One of the most successful Indian captains –Dhoni has been known for his calm and composed demeanor both on and off the field and even defeats can’t change his ice-cool attitude towards the team, says Ravindra Jadeja.

The CSK all-rounder has also revealed that Dhoni believes in collective responsibilities whether be it loss or win, he never blamed anyone for it and that’s his mantra to lead the side.

Speaking to iplt20.com, Jadeja said, “Whether we win or lose, our motive is always to not blame anyone in particular for that. Whatever the result, it's because of the team's effort. That's our mantra. It is something that binds the team together.”

He further added, “Mahi bhai (MS Dhoni) always says, 'we win together, we lose together.' It's amazing when your leader has faith in you and gives you the confidence that wins or loses, we stick together.”

Chennai has been doing exceptionally well in the IPL 2018 despite after a gap of two years, sitting on the second spot in the IPL points table with seven wins out of their 10 matches so far.

On the other hand, the vintage batsman Dhoni has been in the sizzling form with the willow so far, as he has hammered 360 runs with three half-centuries at an outstanding average of 90.

Now, the Men in Yellow will lock horns against the Rajasthan Royals (RR) in their next IPL 2018 encounter at Sawai Mansingh Stadium, Jaipur on 11 May (Friday).
