The ongoing season of Indian Premier League (IPL) has witnessed some spectacular catches thus far. However, during the clash between Kings XI Punjab and Rajasthan Royals on Sunday (May 6), the duo of Mayank Agarwal and Manoj Tiwary took the fielding standard to a different level altogether.
The Royals were struggling at 100 for 4 when Ben Stokes decided to take a chance in the 13th over. The English all-rounder came down the track to hit a flighted delivery from Mujeeb Ur Rahman over long-off, where Agarwal leaped up and grabbed the ball with both hands. As the momentum was taking him over the boundary ropes, Mayank showed a great deal of composure and threw the ball back in the air to Manoj Tiwary, who ran in from long-on to complete the formalities.
After that unbelievable effort, Stokes was in utter disbelief before he eventually made his way to the pavilion. He scored 12 runs off 9 balls while Rajasthan Royals set a target of 153 for the KXIP.

Chasing the paltry target, Punjab rode on KL Rahul’s jaw-dropping 54-ball 84 to seal to win the match by 6 wickets with 8 balls to spare.
Kings XI after yesterday's victory have got up to the third position in the points table. Rajasthan, on the other hand, are languishing at the bottom. Other teams which are at the top are Sunrisers Hyderabad and Chennai Super Kings above them with KKR in the fourth spot.
