AB de Villiers is all set to return for RCB as they take on CSK in the next game in Pune on Saturday. De Villiers missed two games due to a viral fever. However, he has recovered in time one has to say ahead of RCB's next game which is an important one for them.

The 34-year-old is RCB's second highest run-getter this season with 280 runs at an average of 56. He top-scored for his side when they faced CSK in Bangalore earlier this season. He is likely to replace wicketkeeper-batsman Quinton de Kock who has flown back home to attend a wedding.

"AB is back fit, Quinton is away from this game. Quinton has returned home for a wedding so he is unavailable for this match so probably it's an easy decision for us to make," head coach Daniel Vettori said on Friday.

RCB has won just three games out of 9 with their most recent win coming against Mumbai Indians in Bengaluru. Placed fifth in the points table as of now, RCB is in a do or die position to win virtually every game they play from here on. AB de Villiers is a real game changer with the bat and his return to the side will bolster their chances of a win.

Meanwhile, CSK's latest loss against KKR at Eden Gardens has also got MS Dhoni thinking. Fielding lapses and drop catches in their last game has highlighted the age factor of their side again which is definitely one aspect of the game CSK  will look to plug in ahead of their face-off against RCB.
