Aakash Chopra, the former Indian batsman and now a commentator for StarSports, has come out and stated that he believes Chennai Super Kings has the best batting line up in the ongoing Indian Premier League season. 

Aakash was quoted saying to the PTI that, “Chennai Super Kings is one side who are playing with only five batsmen and they are still good enough to score 200 runs nine out of 10 times. So they (CSK) currently is the best batting unit in the IPL,” 

Akash has also termed MS Dhoni's resurgence as a finisher at the crucial marquee event like the IPL as nothing short of sensational. 

He said, “I am pleasantly surprised. If you have asked me this question about a year ago, I would have said, things are not looking great,”

“He is taking too much time, maybe T20 format is no longer his primary format because what he could do at 25, he is not able to do at 35. But then the way, he has turned it around, the second wind seems to be stronger than the first and he has rewound the clock. It is absolutely sensational”.  

Chennai Super Kings are currently placed at the top of the points table with 12 points from 8 games. They play Kolkata Knight Riders in an important contest tonight in Kolkata. They got the better of Kolkata when the two teams clashed in their first game as Ravindra Jadeja finished the game off for CSK. An all-round side with potential and bench strength CSK's journey so far in the IPL has been dominating.

They look good to lift the trophy for the third time with MS Dhoni at the helm of affairs and Stephen Fleming managing his resources well.
