Chennai Super Kings (CSK) survived a scare against Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) even after putting up a good show. CSK didn't get a good start to their first half of the innings, but they did well to put up a fighting total of 182 by excelling in the second phase.

Almost mirroring CSK's innings, SRH had crumbled in the powerplay, but the revival was quick and came after skipper Kane Williamson and Shakib Al Hasan stitched up a fighting partnership.

The chase was on even after Shakib got dismissed. Williamson and Yusuf Pathan easily found boundaries to keep themselves alive in the game. However, both got dismissed before securing the game of Hyderabad. Though, they had ensured that CSK doesn't run away with the game.

19 runs were needed off the last over and the lower order batsmen managed to take the game to the last ball. It was Rashid Khan who hit a six and four on consecutive deliveries, which forced a long conversation between skipper MS Dhoni and Bravo.

SRH needed 6 runs off the last ball but the Carribean pacer executed a perfect yorker and won the game for his team by 4 runs.

Talking about the long discussion with Bravo, Dhoni said, "It’s between the brothers. I won’t say what we were talking at that point of time. At times even the best need a bit of advice. You make mistakes and you learn, and in the league stage you can afford to do that. A few times if you commit mistakes in the game, it makes it easier for the bowler to understand. The wickets have gone better compared to the first few editions of the IPL. The batsmen are bigger and stronger. I feel as the game progresses, you’ll see the bowlers come up with new plans and it won’t be easy for batsmen to score."

Bravo seems to impress with the 'Brother' comment and posted about it on Instagram. He wrote, "When two great heads get together to plan only great things can happen @mahi7781 my brother always believe in me an most times I never let him or the team down. Great win again today #RunDWorld #RunDWorld."
