There was a huge target set by Kings XI and plus Hyderabad's opening batsman Shikhar Dhawan left the ground after getting retired hurt it was just to difficult for Hyderabad to chase a mammoth total but captain Kane Williamson played his part after scoring 54 runs for his team.

Kane played a magnificent inning to give his team a sense of joy and hope to win the match but Punjab bowlers were way too good today in the field. Mohit Sharma got rid of the captain after he scored crucial 54 for his team. Williamson's important knock came at a losing cause.

Sunrisers have to look to strengthen their batting line-up as Shikhar Dhawan may be injured and do not feature in the upcoming matches.

Barinder Sran from Kings XI Punjab bowled a crucial spell with just giving away only 9 runs in his first three overs. It was totally a team effort by all the bowlers to not concede as many runs as SRH bowlers did. It was crucial for Sran and Mujeeb to restrict Hyderabad as they also have big hitters on their list who can explode anytime.
