Billy Stanlake is one of the tallest Australian cricketers of all time at 6 feet 8 inches in height.
He is the tallest player to ever represent Australia in international cricket, and the only domestic Australian cricketer to be taller than him was New South Wales bowler Phil Alley.
Stanlake plays for Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in Indian Premier League (IPL) 2018. He represented Royal Challengers Bangalore last season and also played two games for them.
The Aussie pacer was picked Man-of-the-Match against Kolkata Knight Riders on Saturday. He picked 2 for 21 runs and helped SRH to register their third win in a row.
Twitter enjoyed his performance. But they had real fun when he came out for post-match presentation. Sanjay Manjrekar, who had a chat with Stanlake was looking too short in front of the lanky pacer. Twitter took no time to turn the picture into a meme.
