Yuvraj hasn't performed to the mark in this IPL.

Yuvraj Singh has not performed as per his reputation and is a huge let down for his franchise till now. The veteran India cricketer was bought by Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) for his base price of Rs 2 crores.

Despite his poor performances, he has support of team management. But for how long? The benched players posses threat for his place with their ability. It won't be surprised if he gets replaced after continuous failures.

Cricketer turned cricket pundit Ajit Agarkar thinks it's high time Yuvraj should score big or the time will be up for the southpaw.

“Even in the first game where there was little pressure, he didn’t look fluent enough. In the second game, Umesh (Yadav) worked him over a bit. Do you leave someone out after two games the one you’ve started the tournament with especially after you have had one victory out of those two not really sure but I think it is getting close,” Agarkar said while talking on ESPNCricinfo ahead of KXIP's game against Chennai Super Kings.

Yuvraj bats in middle-order, the crucial position of any team, and Agarkar wants Ashwin to be clear about his picks for the role.

“Ashwin would really be thinking about that slot because you don’t want to put too much pressure on the middle order if your top order doesn’t do well you want someone in the middle order who can who is in good form,” he added.

“It is getting close he needs some runs,” said the 40-year-old.
