IPL 2018: Match 1 - MI vs CSK: Twitter reacts to a majestic CSK victory from the brink of defeat

Heroics from Kedar Jadhav (24 from 22 balls) who scored the last 7 runs needed in the final over,  took CSK to a win in the season opener against Mumbai Indians at the Wankhede. 

When all seemed lost for CSK, Dwayne Bravo played a matchwinning knock scoring 68 off 30 balls to bring the game down to the last over. None of the other batsmen were able to convert their starts as MS Dhoni (5) too was dismissed cheaply in the middle overs by Mayank Markande. 

At the end, it was the perfect start to a new season to the cash-rich tournament as the first game of the tournament saw a close contest with the man maintaining the high standards the teams have lived up to in the past. Chennai thus won the game by one wicket and one ball to spare. Bravo was awarded the Man of the Match for his brilliance with the bat.
