Suresh Raina is considered as one of the best batsmen of all time in the Indian Premier League. The left handed batsman has been outstanding with bat and occasionally with ball for the Chennai Super Kings since the inception of the league in 2008 and one can't forget his fielding, his energy and dynamic efforts, making him one of the best fielders in IPL.

Chennai Super Kings won the IPL titles two times in 2010 and 2011 mainly due to the efforts of Suresh Raina. He played some game changing knocks in the play-offs against Royal Challengers Bangalore and Mumbai Indians in those two seasons and was leading run scorer for Super Kings in 2010 and second leading run scorer in the 2011 season.After the suspension of CSK in 2015, Raina played for and captained Gujarat Lions in the next two seasons.
