MS Dhoni will be back at helming the Chennai Super Kings after a gap of two years in IPL 2018. MS Dhoni was also seen conversing with a person that has some big influence in his career in IPL, N Srinivasan.
Chennai Super Kings had a net session at the Chepauk Stadium in Chennai and the Tamil Nadu Cricket Association president and former owner of CSK, N Srinivasan was present at the ground and was seen talking animatedly to MS Dhoni.
If we go back in history, N Srinivasan had left no stone unturned to have MS Dhoni become a part of Chennai Super Kings way back in the first ever IPL auctions in 2008, as Dhoni became the most expensive player of the IPL 2008 auction.
MS Dhoni also holds a position of Vice-President (Marketing) in Srinivasan’s company, India Cements. The relationship between Dhoni and Srinivasan goes beyond the realms of professionalism and ventures into the personal life as well.
MS Dhoni was seen in a lengthy conversation with Srinivasan and then went for his net sessions along with Ambati Rayudu. Dhoni practiced his favorite helicopter shot and he also took view of the stadium, which was a fortress for the Chennai Super Kings under Dhoni.
