Chennai Super Kings (CSK) captain MS Dhoni had a chat with Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) rising star Varun Chakravarthy after the match on Thursday (October 29). Varun got Dhoni out twice in the tournament and both the times he clean bowled him.

Varun got his KKR jersey signed by Dhoni and also clicked a picture with him. It was a dream for the 29-year-old to get Dhoni out, and he fulfilled it twice in IPL 2020.

Knight Riders shared a video of the two cricketers engaging in a healthy chat after the match. Dhoni was sharing his experience with Varun, who is a huge admirer of him. 

“From admiring him from the stands at Chepauk, to now...@chakaravarthy29's fairytale continues!”, KKR tweeted.

The mystery spinner had left CSK bothered by getting the prized wicket of Dhoni in the 15th over. He finished with 2/20 in his four overs. At one stage, CSK looked like choking once again after setting up a chase, but Ravindra Jadeja came to the rescue with his 11-ball 31*. CSK won the match by 6 wickets on the last delivery.
