Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) has tried everything they could to better their performance. But nothing seems to be working for the Virat Kohli-led franchise. The on-field game has only got worse for Bangalore with each season. Well, to get the best result on the field, the off-field work needs to be done right.

Earlier, before this season, RCB had sacked the former coach Daniel Vettori and appointed Gary Kirsten as the coach. But even the former India coach, who played a big role in their World Cup 2011 victory, couldn't do any magic for them and the result remained the same.

No doubt, RCB management had messed up big time at the auction itself. They have bought many players who they actually don't need.

But that is secondary once you buy them. The franchise now needs to work on whatever available resources they have. The team hasn't succeeded in that at all.

Former South African cricketer Herschelle Gibbs has offered to help RCB by coaching them. Gibbs proposed it on social media and said he is available if they are looking for a coach. However, he soon deleted the tweet. It was too late for him, as fans already got their eyes on it.

RCB’s Twitter post read: “Chinnaswamy & Bengaluru: THANK YOU. You Challengers give us goosebumps. Neev illa andhre, naavu yenu alla. Without you guys, we’re nothing.”

To this post, Gibbs replied: “If you guys need a coach, I am available.”. This tweet was later deleted by the former South Africa opener.

A user responded to him saying that RCB already have tried the South Africans. The user wrote: “They don’t need one more south African surely.”

To this, Gibbs replied: “Well they’ve tried every other one haven’t they.”
