Virat Kohli and AB de Villiers' bonding is unbreakable, the former himself admits it. In a chat with Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) insider, Mr. Nags, Kohli admitted of having a 'Ram Lakhan' level bonding with De Villiers.
Mr. Nags asked Kohli if Marcus Stoinis has dented the relationship between him and the South African cricketer, on which, he replied that they can never be separated. Virat did add that Stoinis is a good guy, but his friendship with De Villiers is on a different level.
"After Stoinis has come, there seems to be a big break in this relationship...", joked the RCB insider and Video-Jockey, Mr. Nags.
Kohli cut him short by saying: "AB and I are like Ram-Lakhan. We are brothers. No one can break our friendship. Stoinis is another great guy and a great human being but AB and I are on a different dimension. It's like we connect on a different level. You can't understand that."
The duo has played together for RCB since many years. They are the core of the franchise.
Recently, Virat and AB thanked fans for the support during this season. They may finish last, but the support of the fans has been overwhelming.
"This has to be a special message for you all because even after three hours of a game being washed out, you still sit in the stadium and give us the loudest cheer when we walk out to bat. It's special and it's always going to be special in our hearts and minds. Thank you for being the best fans that you are," Virat Kohli said.
