IPL 2019: RCB Fans distressed after Dale Steyn ruled out of the remaining season

Steyn played only two games for the franchise and had to leave because of shoulder injury.

When everything was looking back on track for the Royal Challengers Bangalore franchise in IPL 2019, a surprise awaited for them. Their key pacer Dale Steyn, who had joined the franchise mid-season, has been ruled out of the remaining matches because of a shoulder injury.

Steyn, who himself had replaced an injured Nathan Coulter-Nile in the squad, played only two matches in the season. He made a huge impact with his inclusion but unfortunately, the South African pacer will have to go back. With World Cup coming up next, Proteas would be worried about the news more than RCB.

Fans were upset with the news. The Twitterati reacted as soon as the news broke out on social media. It would be disheartening for the Bangalore fans considering they needed him badly for the upcoming do-or-die matches. Last night, against Kings XI Punjab, the pacer was rested after he felt discomfort earlier.
