IPL releases complete list of 346 players to go under the hammer in IPL 2019 Auction

The IPL 2019 auction will see 346 players being auctioned, including 226 Indians.

IPL 2019 is set to start in the last week of March

The IPL 2019 auction scheduled in Jaipur is going to be a very interesting one given that there are 346 players that have been shortlisted for the same.

The 346 players include 226 Indian players and overall nine overseas players who have kept their base price at two crore INR.

Brendon McCullum, Chris Woakes, Lasith Malinga, Colin Ingram, Shaun Marsh, Corey Anderson, Sam Curran, Angelo Mathews and D'Arcy Short are the players who have listed themselves at the highest base price.

The Indian player with the highest base price is Jaydev Unadkat with 1.5 INR as his base price. While players like Yuvraj Singh, Wriddhiman Saha, Mohammad Shami and Akshar Patel have put their base price that one crore INR.

There are only two Bangladeshi players who have been shortlisted, Mahmudullah and Mushfiqur Rahim. Also there are eight players from Afghanistan and one from USA. 

Auction will take place in Jaipur on December 18, 2018.

Number of players from each country: India - 226, South Africa - 26, Australia - 23, West Indies - 18, England - 18, New Zealand - 13, Afghanistan - 8, Sri Lanka - 7, Bangladesh - 2, Zimbabwe - 2, USA - 1, Ireland - 1, Netherlands - 1.
