Veteran Indian all-rounder Yuvraj Singh may be seen playing for the new franchise in the upcoming 12^th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) after being released by the Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) ahead of the IPL Auction 2019 next month.   

Last season, the KXIP bought the all-rounder for his base price of INR 2 crore with a lot of expectations, while this was a great opportunity for him to put up impressive performances and regain his lost spot in the national team.

But Yuvraj failed to meet with the expectation, as KXIP failed to make it to the knockout stages in the IPL 2018, resulting released the all-rounder for the upcoming season.

However, the 36-year-old’s future in the Indian Premier League (IPL) is uncertain as the left-hander is continually struggling to regain consistency, as well as, has struggled with his fitness in the recent last few years, but fans believe that the all-rounder can still revive his career through IPL.

Ahead of the next month’s Auction 2019, fans of the defending champions –Chennai Super Kings (CSK) are demanding to include Yuvraj Singh in the team for the IPL 12 on the social media.

Some of the fans believe that Captain MS Dhoni can bring out the best of the all-rounder at the CSK and Yuvraj may return to the Indian Team through good performances in the tournament.
