Indian opener Rohit Sharma blasted West Indies bowlers in the third T20I in front of the home crowd. He smashed them all over the ground and to witness the fireworks, there was a special guest in the stand.
Rohit's daughter was in the stand watching his daddy playing at his best. She was with her mother Ritika and they both talked to Rohit after his innings got over. The 32-year-old scored 71 runs off 34 deliveries before getting out to Kesrick Williams. He hit 6 boundaries and 5 sixes in his innings.
Rohit, after getting back to the pavilion, tried to talk to his daughter with signs. They were too far to be heard but a glimpse of each other was enough for father and daughter to brought a smile on their face.
India won the third T20I to seal the series 2-1. The target of 241 turned out to be too much for the visitors as they were restricted to 173/8 in 20 overs. For India, KL Rahul scored 91 and Virat Kohli added 70* runs in 29 balls.
