Kedar Jadhav is a late addition to the Indian squad for the 4th and 5th ODI against Windies, after he expressed his surprise at being excluded from the team despite recovering completely from the hamstring injury he suffered in the Asia Cup final.

Chief selector, MSK Prasad had stated that Jadhav was left out on account of his fitness issues, after Jadhav went public with his dismay at being ignored for the last three ODIs. Jadhav played for India A in their second game of the Deodhar Trophy and scored 41* in 25 balls.

India and Windies go head-to-head in Pune with the hosts leading the series 1-0. It has been a high scoring series thus far and the trend might well continue in the upcoming games.
