Team India and West Indies will play the third ODI of the five-match series on 27th October, Saturday at the MCA stadium in Pune.
After the exciting second ODI, which ended in a tie, Team India ended up feeling like the loser, as it was a match in which they clawed their way back and poised themselves as victors, before letting it slip on the last ball of the match.
BCCI announced the squad for the last three ODIs, which saw the return of first-choice fast bowlers Jasprit Bumrah and Bhuvneshwar Kumar and resting of Mohammad Shami. Umesh Yadav might feel a lot lucky keeping his place in the squad despite picking just one wicket for close to 150 runs in the two matches he has played.

The majority of the team might remain unchanged, given that the BCCI didn’t tinker with the batting at all. Shikhar Dhawan and Rohit Sharma might get to open with Virat Kohli and Ambati Rayudu keeping their no.3 and no.4 spots, thanks to their brilliant batting in the second ODI.
