Kuldeep Yadav bagged his maiden five-wicket haul in Test cricket against West Indies on Saturday. The chinaman became second Indian bowler to take fifer in all three formats.
It was Kuldeep's spin which kept West Indies confused as they couldn't survive all five days of the game and lost the Test match inside three days.
Windies could only manage 196 runs in the second innings and India won the Rajkot Test by 272 runs. This is India's biggest win in Test cricket in terms of runs.
After the game, Kuldeep watched and commentated his own milestone for BCCI.tv. In the video, the Uttar Pradesh cricketer can be seen thanking his fans for the love and support. He commentated in Hindi and it is worth watching.
Kuldeep called red-ball cricket close to his heart after picking up the fifer. "It is a great feeling, taking five wickets in a Test match. Red ball cricket is very close to my heart and I want to play this format for a long time. It doesn't matter which I side I am playing against. It is only my fourth Test, so this is very special," said Kuldeep at the post-match press conference.
Ever thought @imkuldeep18 would commentate on his own 5-wicket haul? ????????
