India has gained quite an advantage in the first Test against West Indies at Rajkot. First of all, they declared their innings at 649/9 after Ravindra Jadeja brought up his maiden Test hundred with 5 fours and as many sixes.

India then removed the top four of Windies wickets for 32 runs in the 12^th over with Mohd Shami picking two and Ashwin getting one wicket. However, the highlight of Windies innings turned out to be the run out Shimron Hetmyer.

Hetmyer played Ashwin’s delivery towards the mid on and started to run with nonstriker Ambris responding. However, seeing Jadeja reaching the ball quicker than expected, Hetmyer tried to return back, but Ambris beat him to the batting end and Hetmyer resigned to his fate.

But Ravindra Jadeja made the whole thing funnier and heart-stopping as he started to run towards the wicket instead of throwing the ball to Ashwin. During whole this thing, Hetmyer almost made his ground before Jadeja threw the ball on the stumps and ran him out.

The whole thing became even funnier as Ashwin almost shouted at Jadeja as to what he was doing and even Virat Kohli reprimanded him for his antics. Jadeja himself couldn’t help from laughing when the replay was shown on the big screen.
