South African spinner Bjorn Fortuin played an essential part in his team's victory over India on Sunday. The T20I series was tied 1-1 after the visitors won the third T20I by nine wickets in Bengaluru.
The Proteas bowlers managed to restrict India to 134/9 which was way below the par score, which made their batsmen's task easy.
Youngster Bjorn was the one who didn't let Rishabh Pant and Shreyas Iyer build a partnership to reconstruct India's innings. He dismissed both in the same over and left India struggling at 92/5 in the 13th over.
The spinner was called not a spinner of the ball just an over before by Murali Kartik. Kartik said Fortuin is a roller of the ball and not a spinner.
Interestingly, the 24-year-old's Twitter activity suggested he must have watched India's Ravindra Jadeja's videos to work on his bowling. Jadeja does well on Indian wickets with his variations.
