Given the success of the current Indian team is concerned, the management might not want to do many changes in the lineup despite it being their first Test under lights. Mayank Agarwal scored his career-best 243 and more or less became the first-choice opener in any upcoming series in the future.

Rohit Sharma may have missed out on a chance to score, but he will be itching to make the most of Kolkata opportunity, a place where he scored a ton on Test debut, his majestic 264 and countless other memorable innings.

Virat Kohli will be itching for some runs under his belt | APCheteshwar Pujara showed signs of unexpected aggression and return to form, while Virat Kohli might want to get some runs under his belt after a duck in the only innings. Ajinkya Rahane’s welcome return to form has calmed the nerves of Indian batting thinktank. Wriddhiman Saha hasn’t got many chances with the willow, but his experienced keeping behind the stumps gives confidence to bowlers.

Ravindra Jadeja might not have been picking wickets, but his brilliant contribution with the bat continues to add more misery to the opponents. R Ashwin has got back his mojo with the ball and is picking wickets whenever there is a dire need for the same.

Shami, Ishant and Umesh Yadav have been the bane of Bangladeshi batsmen The fast bowling trio of Ishant Sharma, Umesh Yadav, and Mohammad Shami have been ruthless in their aggression and have picked wickets with alarming regularity.

They have been hostile, pinging batsmen on helmets and bowling amazing yorkers if nothing else is working. India is highly blessed to have such a potent bowling attack for the first time in its history, which is at the height of their abilities and amazingly effective.
