After historic Test series and ODI series win over Australia in Australia, India is once again set to play against Australia but this time at home in 2 T20Is and 5-match ODI series. This limited overs series will begin with a T20I in Visakhapatnam on 24th February and the second and final T20I will be played in Bangalore on 27th February and after that, both teams will face off in 5-match ODI series that starts in Hyderabad from 2nd March.

India have had a good run in T20I format for the last two years and the recent T20I series defeat against New Zealand was their first T20I series defeat since August 2017. India will look to return on winning ways against the Aussies and the return of Virat Kohli will further boost the confidence. On the other hand, Australia have been struggling in limited overs for the last 12 months and haven't won any series in these two formats and they'll have to raise their game to come close against this formidable Indian side.

All the milestones that could be achieved during the two-match T20I series between India and Australia :

50 - The first T20I match will be Shikhar Dhawan's 50th T20I match for India. He will become the sixth Indian player to play 50 or more T20Is after Rohit Sharma, MS Dhoni, Virat Kohli, Yuvraj Singh and Suresh Raina.

50 - Jasprit Bumrah and Yuzvendra Chahal need 2 or 5 wickets respectively to complete 50 wickets in T20I format.

102 - Rohit Sharma has hit 102 sixes in T20I format and needs to hit 2 more sixes to go past Chris Gayle and Martin Guptill's tally of 103 sixes to top the chart of most sixes in this format.

130 - Aaron Finch needs 130 more runs to go past David Warner's tally of 1792 runs and become leading run scorer for Australia in T20I cricket.

500 - Virat Kohli has scored 488 runs against Australia and needs 12 more runs to become the first player to score 500 runs against Australia in T20I cricket.
