Afghanistan is in India to play their debut Test match at the M Chinnaswamy stadium in Bengaluru and after bowling out India for 474 in the first innings, Afghanistan was dismissed for 109 in their first innings and were asked to follow on.

Afghanistan players have been touring India a lot to play their home games in Greater Noida and in Dehradun recently and a handful of them have even featured in Indian Premier League also in the last two seasons.

Given that the cultures of Afghanistan and India share some similarities, the food habits of the Afghan players are also pretty interesting. ESPNCricinfo shared a video on their official Twitter handle, which showed interviews with Afghanistan players and they were discussing some of their favorite food dishes.

A common thing amongst all players was the sadness of having to follow a diet plan made by the team management. Captain Asghar Stanikzai called any fish dish as his favorite food dish, while Mohammad Shahzad had the best response to this question which you have see to believe.
