14th June will be a historic day for Afghanistan cricket as they are going to make their Test debut against India at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bangalore. Afghanistan rely heavily on their spinners and will be hoping that Rashid Khan, Mohammad Nabi and Mujeeb ur Rahman will show their magic in Test cricket as well. On the other hand, Indian team will be without the service of their regular captain Virat Kohli who is missing this Test due to injury and Ajinkya Rahane will captain India for this Test match. Jasprit Bumrah and Bhuvneshwar Kumar are also not playing as the duo is rested to get refreshed for England tour.

4 - Afghanistan is the 4th team to play their first ever Test match against India. Pakistan, Zimbabwe and Bangladesh also played their first Test match against the Indian team.
