Apart from the fierce contest between bat and ball, the ongoing Test series between England and India has witnessed quite a few amusing moments.
During the first day of the fifth Test at The Oval, some of the commentators of Sky Sports were seen having fun while describing the third session’s play. Veteran India off-spinner Harbhajan Singh, who has become a regular in the commentary box in this Test series, made his co-commentator, David Lloyd, dance to his beats.
Harbhajan assisted Lloyd on how to do ‘Bhangra’ properly. Subsequently, the veteran English commentator did his best to emulate Bhajji. Bhangra is a traditional dance of the Indian subcontinent, originating in the Majha area of the Punjab region
Lloyd and Harbhajan’s antic in the commentary box certainly brought smile on everyone’s face, including their co-commentator – Rob Key.

Coming to the match, Indian bowlers put on yet another exhibition to restrict England to 198/7 at Stumps on Day 1. Although the hosts got off to a brilliant start and were placed at 133/1 at one stage, Indian bowlers hunt in pairs to trigger the collapse.
India claimed 6 wickets in the final session. While Ishant Sharma took 3 for 28, Jasprit Bumrah and Ravindra Jadeja picked up two wickets each. Alastair Cook, who is featuring in his last Test, was the stand-out performer with the bat. Cook scored 71 and put on a 60-run opening stand with Keaton Jennings (23), whereas he forged a 73-run partnership for the second wicket with Moeen Ali (50).
