ENG v IND 2018: Jasprit Bumrah isn't surprised with his own 'Bumrahang' delivery to Keaton Jennings

Bumrah was the pick of the bowlers on the first day of fourth Test.

Jasprit Bumrah celebrates after bowling out England's Keaton Jennings | GETTY

The first day of the fourth Test belonged to India and credit goes to the Indian pacers, mainly Jasprit Bumrah who picked up three wickets. Except for one 81-run partnership between Sam Curran and Moeen Ali, the Indian bowlers made sure no Englishman survive for long in the middle.

India managed to bowl out England on just 246 after the hosts decided to bat first. Bumrah, figure 3/46, said wickets in the cluster every session isn't that easy. He credited Curran and Ali for building up England's innings after a top-order failure. "You can't take five-six wickets every session," he said after Thursday's play at the Ageas Bowl.

"They played well too, they built a good partnership -- Sam Curran and Moeen Ali. As the day progressed, the wicket was slowing down. As the ball got older, it stopped swinging a lot and there was less seam movement as well."

Bumrah showed happiness over Indian team's performance and said restricting Joe Root and co under 250 is an achievement for them. "If you'd told us in the morning that we'd get them out for 250, we'd have taken that any day. We had them 86 for six but you can't be too greedy and expect too much," he said.

Bumrah's delivery to Keaton Jennings in third over the game was a peach. It swung into the left-hander sharply and many named it 'Bumrahang'. However, the young pacer wasn't surprised like many of us.

He recalled Chris Gayle's wicket from World T20 2016 semifinal and said, "That's not a new ball. I bowled that to Chris Gayle in the World T20 semifinal as well. I never get happy that I've got all the deliveries. I want to keep on improving and add new ones to my armory,"
