Former Indian captain Bishan Singh Bedi has given a fitting reply on the right time to Cricket Commentator and former England captain, Nasser Hussain, who had mocked Virat Kohli-led Team India after their Lord's defeat.

Nasser had termed the second Test at the Lord’s as “men against boys” as well as, criticised them for their meek surrender as India faced the humiliating defeat of an innings and 159 runs here. He also warned India against allowing their wheels to fall off in the Test series which they trailed as of now by 2-1.

On Tuesday (21 August), Bedi tweeted, “Indn ‘boys’ become ‘men’ almost overnight…so to speak.!!”

Noteworthy, Kohli’s brilliant ton with the bat, Pandya's fifer in the first innings and Bumrah's fifer in the second innings has ensured that India won the Trent Bridge Test by 203 runs.
