India will be hoping to repeat their 2014 Lord's Test performance when they face England in the second Test match at this iconic venue. India was just 31 runs away from a historic win in the first Test at Edgbaston.

And now to level the series they need to improve their batting and slip catching. Ishant Sharma and R Ashwin led from the front in the absence of Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Jasprit Bumrah and they need to do the job in the second Test as well.

On the other hand, England will be motivated after a close win in the first game but they will miss all-rounder Ben Stokes who is unavailable for this game as his trial of affray began on this Tuesday. 20 years old Ollie Pope will make his Test debut for England and will bat at number 4.
