Fast bowler Tom Curran is delighted and proud of younger brother Sam Curran for following his decisive spell in the first innings with a match-turning knock with the bat in the second innings.

Sam Curran has had a massive influence on this game, having run through the Indian top order of Murali Vijay, KL Rahul and Shikhar Dhawan in the first innings, Curran played what could turn out to be a matchwinning knock of 63 from just 65 balls.

England were going down the barrel at 86/7 and lead was only 99, when the 20-year-old arrived to the crease. He then, rather than looking away from the situation, stared it back as an opportunity to make an impact and stroked his way to a very high-class knock.

It was the kind of innings that his father Kevin Curran would be appreciating from the heavens but his elder brother and England limited-overs fast bowler Tom Curran isn't short of emotions about the last few days that his brother has had.

Tom took the social media network Twitter and posted a picture of Curran in action at Edgbaston and captioned it, "Yes boi!!! Super proud ????????❤️"
