Bhuvneshwar Kumar is among the rare breed of contemporary Indian cricketers, who doesn’t show aggression on the field. The Uttar Pradesh pacer remains calm and composed while going about his business.

However, the cricket fraternity witnessed a totally different aspect of Bhuvneshwar during the first T20I against England in Manchester on Tuesday (July 3). The speedster was seen engaging in a heated altercation with English all-rounder David Willey.

In the final ball of England innings, Bhuvneshwar pulled out of his delivery stride after seeing Willey advance down the track. The fast bowler got so disturbed that he indulged in a verbal dual with Willey. The English all-rounder also didn’t stop as he asked Bhuvi to go away, showing a send-off.

It was very uncharacteristic of Bhuvi. No wonder, the cricket fans and experts were left stunned.

Here’s the video of that incident:

Coming to the game, India outclassed England by 8 wickets in the first Twenty20 International at Old Trafford.

After being put into bat, England batsmen got bamboozled by Kuldeep Yadav’s wrist spin. Kuldeep got rid of Alex Hales, Eoin Morgan, Jonny Bairstow and Joe Root within the span of 13 deliveries while he picked up the prize scalp of Jos Buttler (69 runs off 46 balls) in the latter part to complete his first five-wicket haul in T20I cricket.

Besides Kuldeep, Umesh Yadav picked up a couple of wickets while Hardik Pandya chipped in with a scalp as India restricted England to 159/8 in 20 overs.

In reply, India lost Shikhar Dhawan (4) early but the duo of Rahul and Rohit bailed the visitors out of trouble with a 123-run partnership for the second wicket. Rahul struck a breezy 54-ball 101*, laced with 10 fours and 5 sixes while Rohit scored a measured 32.

Rohit's departure in the 13th over brought in skipper Virat Kohli (20* off 22 balls), who along with Rahul saw the side home with 10 balls to spare.
