ENG V IND 2018: Another injury for Team India after Jasprit Bumrah was ruled out of T20 series

Team India will be without two of it's players for the T20 series in England.

Jasprit Bumrah and Washington Sundar will miss the T20I series

India is due to face a formidable English side in a limited overs series consisting of three T20Is and three ODIs, starting with T20Is from July 3.

In what is supposed to be a very important series for India, much depended on the bowling attack of the country.

Now India have suffered double shock of Jasprit Bumrah being ruled out of the T20 series due to an injury on his left hand and Washington Sundar due to an ankle injury.

Bumrah suffered the injury during the first T20I against Ireland at Dublin, where he picked two wickets in an economical spell. Sundar twisted his ankle while playing football before the first T20I.

India is coming off a 2-0 win over Ireland where they won the second T20I by a record 143 runs. England, on the other side, are coming off a whitewash of Australia in ODIs and one off T20I.

Bumrah’s injury has weakened the Indian pace bowling attack which currently consists of Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Umesh Yadav, and Siddharth Kaul, apart from Bumrah.

The Indian team management is yet to announce replacements for Jasprit Bumrah and Washington Sundar.
