In a bid to prepare for the two-match Twenty-20 series against Ireland, the Indian cricketers started their training session in England on Tuesday (June 26). This particular practice session grabbed everyone’s attention as cricket icon Sachin Tendulkar's son Arjun Tendulkar trained with the senior team.

India’s chief coach Ravi Shastri also spent time Arjun in the nets and shared some valuable inputs to the youngster.

The Twitter handle of The Board Of Control For Cricket In India (BCCI) posted the picture of Arjun and Shastri with a caption: "Words of wisdom from @RaviShastriOfc for young Arjun Tendulkar."

After seeing Arjun practicing with Virat Kohli and company, Twitterati have once again highlighted the issue of nepotism.

Here are some of the tweets:

Earlier this month, Arjun Tendulkar was named in the India Under-19 squad for the tour of Sri Lanka. In the past, Arjun has also represented Mumbai’s under-14 and under-16 teams. However, he grabbed eyeballs when he gave an injury scare to England wicket-keeper batsman Jonny Bairstow during the net-session at Lord’s in July last year.

In contrast to his father, Arjun is more fascinated towards fast bowling and he often spotted in the nets rolling his left arm. During the 2017 Women’s World Cup in England, he was seen bowling to the Indian women’s batter in the nets.
