Chennai Super Kings (CSK) got a deja vu of Indian Premier League (IPL) 2019 final after Karnataka defeated Tamil Nadu by one run in Mushtaq Ali T20 trophy. The official Twitter account of CSK couldn't stop from posting a tweet relating to their own loss.

It was a hard time for the Tamil Nadu fans who reached very close both the times but ended up losing the game on the last ball.

CSK lost the final after they failed to score 9 runs off the last over against Mumbai Indians. On the last ball, they needed just 2 runs but Shardul Thakur on strike couldn't connect Lasith Malinga's bowl and was given LBW out.

In Tamil Nadu's case, they needed 13 runs off the last over. R Ashwin smashed consecutive fours on the first two deliveries to give them hope. But unfortunately, the next four deliveries were in Karnataka's favor. They required 3 off the last ball with Murugan Ashwin on strike. He could only take a single.

Taking Twitter, the CSK Twitter account posted, "Dei ja vu! #KAvTN ????????".

For Karnataka, this was their second consecutive title win in Mushtaq Ali Trophy. They also had an undefeated T20 streak of 15 wins which was ended earlier in this tournament.
