Arjun Tendulkar dismantles Gujarat with his five-wicket haul in Vinoo Mankad Trophy

Mumbai U19 gave Gujarat U19 a tough time as the latter couldn't fight back.

Arjun Tendulkar gave Gujarat a tough time with the ball as he picked up a five-wicket haul in Vinoo Mankad U-19 Trophy on Saturday.

The game was easily won by Mumbai. They defeated Gujarat by nine wickets and chased down a target of 143 with 12 overs spare. 

Tendulkar's figure read 5/30 in 8.2 overs with an economy of 3.6. Apart from him, Atharva Poojari, Atharva Ankolekar, Suved Parkar, Divyaansh, and Aakash Sharma picked up one wicket each.

Arjun's hunted down Gujarat's Vardhman Dattesh Shah (0), Priyesh (1), LM Kocher (8), Jaymeet Patel (26) and Dhruvang Patel (6) in his fifer.

Gujarat was bundled out for 142 runs in 49.2 overs. For them, only Umang scored 51 runs, while seven of their batsmen failed to even get to a double-digit score.

Chasing a low target of 143, Mumbai openers Suven Parkar (67*) and Divyaanch (45) made sure the hosts don't get a chance to come back.
