YUSUF PATHAN (BAR) – 59* vs. GOA

Yusuf Pathan Baroda veteran Yusuf Pathan scored a rapid-fire 59* in 23 balls with 6 sixes and 3 fours, as he helped Baroda put on 281 runs in their 50 overs against Goa. Earlier Deepak Hooda (71) and Kedar Devdhar (107) had put Baroda in an advantageous position and Pathan just hammered the Goa bowlers. He also picked a wicket, as Goa was bowled out for 148 runs and Baroda won by 133 runs.


PARAS DOGRA (PC) – 98* vs. NAGALAND

Puducherry’s Paras Dogra hit 98* as his team chased down 202 runs against Nagaland. He scored those runs in 122 runs with 8 fours and 2 sixes and it was the backbone of Puducherry’s chase as the next best score was 32 from captain Rohit D. Puducherry won by 2 wickets.


DHRUV SHOREY (DEL) - 99* vs. KERALA

Delhi batted first against Kerala and Dhruv Shorey made merry hitting 99* in 69 balls with 7 sixes and 4 fours. Delhi put up a mountain of 392/3 against Kerala which included a big century from Gautam Gambhir and fifty from Unmukt Chand. Shorey and Gambhir kept piling on the runs on Goa, who could only reply with 227/8 and lost the match by 165 runs.


KRUNAL PANDYA (BAR) - 6/41 vs. GOA

Krunal Pandya couldn’t do much with the bat against Goa, scoring just 11 runs in Baroda’s total of 281/5. But when it came to bowling, he dismantled Goa with precision. He took 6/41 in 9 overs as only three Goa batsmen reached double figures and Baroda won the match by 133 runs.


GAUTAM GAMBHIR (DEL) - 151 vs. KERALA
Gautam Gambhir
Gautam Gambhir was the star of the day as he played a captain’s knock of 151 in 104 balls with 18 fours and 4 sixes for Delhi against Kerala. He along with Unmukt Chand (69) added 172 runs in 25 overs for the first wicket and Gambhir brought his century up in 74 deliveries. Gambhir retired out after reaching his 150 and gave chance to others.
