In the 41st match of ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 host England will take on New Zealand at The Riverside Ground in Chester-Le-Street today.

England has ten points from eight matches and to qualify for the semifinals they need to win this match. In the last match against India they bounced backed and put up a top quality performance and that must have given them their confidence back. England has a strong team and has covered almost all bases but spinner Adil Rashid's form and batting strategy on tricky pitches are a few areas which need to be addressed.

On the other hand, New Zealand has eleven points from eight matches and are almost sure to reach in semifinals but they will look to return to winning ways after back to back disappointing performances. New Zealand had a fantastic start to their campaign but their weaknesses got exposed in the last two games and they have to do a lot of work to turn things around. Openers and middle order batsmen except Kane Williamson are out of form and spinners aren't also at their best. Though it isn't a do or die game for them so it's a good opportunity for out of form players to come back among runs and wickets.
