In the 26th match of ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 Australia will take on Bangladesh at Trent Bridge in Nottingham today.

Australia has eight points from five matches and are ranked third in the points table and one more win will take them closer to semis. They have played good cricket so far but still, need to improve in a few areas like death overs batting where Shaun Marsh and Usman Khawaja have completely flopped and also need sixth bowling option.

Captain Aaron Finch, David Warner, and Steve Smith are in good form and will look to continue their good run. In the bowling, the pair of Mitchell Starc and Pat Cummins have been excellent. Kane Richardson and Nathan Coulter Nile too have done a good job so far.

On the other hand, Bangladesh has five points from as many matches and will look to maintain their winning momentum. The 300 plus runs chase against West Indies in the last match must have boosted their confidence. Shakib al Hasan is leading from the front with bat and he needs to continue to do his job, openers Tamim Iqbal and Soumya Sarkar need to convert their starts and wicketkeeper Mushfiqur Rahim too will be eager to play a good knock after two back to back failure.

Liton Das' experiment in the middle order has worked as he scored a match-winning 94* against West Indies. Mahmudullah and Saifuddin can play finishers role. In the bowling, Mustafizur Rahman and Saifuddin are doing well but captain Mashrafe Mortaza needs to provide wickets with the new ball.
