Gambhir has come up with his own World Cup squad.

The only way to make Gautam Gambhir believe Earth is flat is by making Virat Kohli said it isn't. It's also a known fact that Gambhir could have praised Student of the Year 2 trailer, but he was just waiting for Kohli to criticize it.

The 'bromance' between them is something that goes back to their years playing for Delhi. The tuning started in IPL 2013 where they were seen having a peaceful chat on the field during a match. Some say the two Delhi cricketers were asking how their family members are, mother and sister, to be precise. The love between them was overwhelming to see. It made the fielders present at that amiable moment so jealous that they went on to separate them away.

Fast forward to 2019, the love between the two has now escalated to a different level. Gambhir never shies away from showing his affection for Kohli in commentary box these days. If you are following IPL 2019, you might be aware of it.

Recently World Cup 2019 squad was announced and the former India cricketer Gambhir was shocked to not find his name in it. Later Amit Shah reminded him only politics is under his control, he isn't 'Srini mama'.

Gambhir reacted to India's World Cup squad. In fact, he didn't like it at all and wants to build his own. The ex-India cricketer has come up with his squad and wants Virat Kohli to beat that side with his team to prove their worth.

His squad has Ajinkya Rahane, Cheteshwar Pujara, Suresh Raina, Ambati Rayudu, Yuvraj Singh, Robin Uthappa (wk), Irfan Pathan, Ravichandran Ashwin (c), Harbhajan Singh, Ishant Sharma, Umesh Yadav, Murali Vijay, Piyush Chawla, Jaydev Unadkat, and Yusuf Pathan. The coach is Gambhir himself.

Virat Kohli has accepted the challenge, of course, after asking the coach Ashish Nehra.. err.. Ravi Shastri.

The Gambhir's squad will be led by R Ashwin. Ashwin has had an on-field fired-up exchange with Kohli which made Gauti handover the captaincy to him.

(Note: The article is just for fun. You should not take it seriously, like Gambhir's words.)
