ASIA CUP 2018: Virat Kohli sends positive vibes for Team India

Considering the draining England tour, the BCCI had decided to rest Kohli from the 14th edition of Asia Cup.

Indian cricket captain Virat Kohli wears his heart on his sleeve. He takes immense pride in donning the national jersey and often shows his emotions on the cricket field.

Although Kohli is not part of the Indian cricket team in the ongoing Asia Cup, he is leaving no stone unturned to uplift the spirit of Men in Blue. Ahead of India’s Asia Cup opener against Hong Kong, Virat took to Twitter and sent positives for his teammates.

“Here’s wishing Team India a super series at the Asia Cup. ???????? #Meninblue  #AsiaCup2018 @BCCI,” Kohli wrote on his official Twitter page on Tuesday (September 18).

Rohit Sharma will lead India in the 14th edition of Asia Cup. Considering the draining England tour, the BCCI had decided to rest Kohli from the high-octane tournament. Virat was one of the very few Indian players who played all the matches on England tour.
